23 AUGUST 2008: GAMES NITE

Man..i've finally uploaded all the videos i've recorded with my phone..but now i'm kinda lazy to put in words..haha..here goes:

1st Icebreaker: Amoeba Tag..i think tat's called, is where one be an 'amoeba'..google tat if you dunno what it is..So tat one 'amoeba' has to catch people..as simple as that..but when he or she caught someone, the 'amoeba' will have to hold hands with the newly acquired 'amoeba'..you can see that 2 'amoebas' are actually quite hard to catch someone without really good co-operation and strategy..but after that, things get easy as the line of 'amoebas' grow..so in the end everyone was after Aaron Lim..enjoy the videos..



2nd Icebreaker: erm..Pulling Game, i suppose..haha..i forgot to ask ivan about the names cz he yang found from the net..anywayz..in this game everyone form a big circle by holding hands..and with a chair in the center of the circle, everyone pulls! whoever let go of theirs hands are eliminated..like A-B-C-D, if B-C let go of their hands, they go out..and also, whoever got pulled and hit the chair (or touch, any contact), is eliminated as well..see the video for yourself..


1st Game: Walking the trunk..remember that tree trunk outside the windows of the church library? So there were 3 teams..each team has to walk the trunk and come back with each member's hand(s) on the shoulders of the person in front of him or her. And the game is based on the time taken for the team to finish.

So here is Team 1..i didn't go recall who's in it but i'm sure you can tell by the video:

Then Team 2's turn..but, the cat, which i forgotten to mention earlier on, that you can also see through the previous videos (i think in the pullin game), the cat jumped up on the trunk..just see for yourself how we 'eliminate' the 'threat' (to some people who don't like cats):

Game 2: Ah..the good ol' flour game..this time you gotta take out (i forgot the number) polos from the bowl of flour..it was pretty messy..check it out:


And aftermath of the flour game..i think it was here that i went and flour-ed Tanya's face..along with Greg too, haha..


Cz it took me more than one week (i think 2) to upload the vids before writing, i think this is just a vid of ivan, timo and i preparin for the next game..watch it if you want..i think i uploaded this cz who noes some people wanna noe what actually happened in between the games..


Game 3: Passing water by sponge to fill up bottle..the game's simple..pass sponge with water to fill bottle..and the one who fill up the bottle goes to the back and pass the sponge with water..i think it was Team 3, man they were fast!


Game 4: The Ping Pong Ball Obstacles Run..or something like that..which teams have to blow the ball across 2 long tables joined perpendicularly..with cups, plates, tissue holder, etc., following the crayon mark done by Tanya i think..i dunno as this vid was taken by Ivan as Timo and i were busy breaking ice in the kitchen..literally..maybe the sounds can be heard in this vid..

Then i came out after smashing the ice (in the end i realised i missed one box) and i took over the phone and it's Team 3:


Game 5: Getting marbles out of pail with ice in it..we eventually gotten the whole thing messed up but ended up having fun freezing your feet..i think..haha


Then came Vanessa's birthday cake..and the singing:


Then me going around..Adrian and the other guys were seeing who can last longest with feet in the iced pail..and the cat got famous:

Well i was speaking into the camera about that poor poor..cellotapes..haha..they were bought for this newspaper dress up game which was cancelled in the end due to insufficient time so it was used for the dress-up-the-cat-mini-game..and included in this vid is a question of edgar by yours truly tat revealed....:

Back then some of us were playing the 'Yes, No, Mmm, Aah' thingy from Hitz.fm..which if you dunno, briefly it's about you being fired with Qs and you gotta answer quickly without saying that 4 words or anything similar lik yup, nope, etc. and also can't ask back the person asking you the Qs..

And i managed to took some pics with my phone..other pics taken by Uncle Chin using Tanya's camera'll be posted in the near future..
